All of these items are frozen and are shipped by ground services or second day air.These items will be invoiced separately of any other items in your order. You must order by 3:00 pm CST on a Monday for Thursday delivery. Regular shipping is additional to the item price below. 

Regular shipping is additional to the item price below. We can only deliver to the continental U.S. - no deliveries to Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii. We are prohibited from shipping perishable food  to Canada and elsewhere outside the U.S.

Some items are available for delivery every week; others are available for delivery every other week. Please check the drop-down delivery date boxes next to individual products for exact delivery dates.
- If you order a weekly item at the same time you order an item that is shipped biweekly and you want to get the quantity discount offered below, you must order both items to be delivered on the same date.

If you order two frozen items at a time (the items must be for the same delivery date),
